Shipping and ReturnsMost orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. All orders shipped will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days for ground orders. We understand that it may be hard to shop for some of our products online without the ability to touch and see the products first hand. This is why we have a no hassle 20 day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 20 days for a full refund on the product total. There are no restocking fees on exchanges of products for a different size or color of the same product or on a product of equal value. A 15% restock fee will apply to all returns and must be accompanied with original packaging, labels, tags etc. and a receipt or a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. No returns on electrical, used closeout or discontinued products or orders over 6 months old. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used, worn or damaged in any way.
